The weekend of July 30th we headed to Austin with Peggy and Kenny. Thanks to some wonderful friends we were able to leave the kiddos with some of our friends. Night one we went to eat at a Mexican Restaurant that was closing its doors after 79 yrs. They had lost their lease. The name was Jaime's. After workd we went to sixth street.
Day two we did some sight seeing. We went to the Longhorns campus and saw where Peggy and Kenny use to live. Then we came upon a place that was having battle of the bands. We then hit sixth street again. We had a great time.
