The weekend of July 30th we headed to Austin with Peggy and Kenny. Thanks to some wonderful friends we were able to leave the kiddos with some of our friends.
Night one we went to eat at a Mexican Restaurant that was closing its doors after 79 yrs. They had lost their lease. The name was Jaime's. After workd we went to sixth street.
Day two we did some sight seeing. We went to the Longhorns campus and saw where Peggy and Kenny use to live. Then we came upon a place that was having battle of the bands. We then hit sixth street again. We had a great time.
On Sat. August 14 we headed to Florida for a final vacation. We dropped daddy off in New Orleans for his Chiefs convention and continued on to Florida. The pictures tell the story. We headed home on August 19th with a stop in New Orleans to pick up Daddy.
