Acrosports

On Friday the girls had another playdate at acrosports. They have a great time every time they are there and I keep asking them if they want to do gymnastics and they tell me they want to do dance again. I would love for them to do gymnastics but I will not force them to do it if they don't want to.

The last time we were at acrosports we took a picture of all the mom's with babies. We did it again but little Slade was at home with daddy this time.

I've got feet

On Oct. 9th Irelynn found her feet. She loves to grab them while getting a diaper change. At times it is helpful but other times it is a royal pain. I love to put her on the floor and see her grab them and grin. She has also started reaching for things and is sitting up in the exersaucer pretty well.

Cool Cutts

I took the girls to have their hair cut today at cool cutts. It hadn't been too long since the last time their hair was cut but Cassidy wanted hers at short as Jordan's was. Jordan picked out Care Bears to watch and Cassidy picked out Diego. Afterwards they were given a lollipop and a sticker. Both girls told me they wanted to go back there the next time they had their hair cut. I am not too sure that will happen. $16.25 is expensive for a haircut. Oh Well.

The Park

On Monday we went to meet some friends at the park. The weather was perfect. Not too hot, not too cool. Irelynn hung out with me while daddy played with Cassidy and Jordan. We brought our lunches to have sort of a picnic.

Hopefest

Today I took the girls to Hopefest at Hope Lutheran church. They enjoyed playing games, having their faces painted and making sand art.

After Hopefest we headed over to Lupe Tortillas for lunch. The girls had a blast. We were there from 1:30 to 5:00.

Daddy fun time with his girls

Cassidy and Jordan took turns taking their pictures on Daddy's lap. As you can tell by the smiles they were having a great time. Just as a bonus I am adding a picture of Irelynn on Daddy's motorcycle.

Bayou Wildlife Park

Today our family joined Heather's family at the Bayou Wildlife Park. The girls loved riding on the tram and feeding the animals. They were able to see real ostrich eggs and a baby zebra. They each took a turn riding a horse. Even Cassidy rode which is something she wouldn't do at Grammy's house. Jordan really enjoyed looking at the pot belly pig.
