Our house

Dick and Barb- this is for you since we can't manage to get emails out and your son hasn't picked up the phone to call you. We are having a house built. It isn't far from here. Two stories. Barn style garage. 4/5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. 3100+ sq. feet. We are excited but it still makes me a little nervous about finances. I trust Bill though.

Strawberry pickin

Today we went to Froberg's in Alvin. There were a bunch of us that met there from the mom's group. Afterwards we headed to Joe's for a barbeque.

Bowling

On March 29th we went bowling withs some friends. We had 6 adults, 7 kids and 2 babies. We had a great time. Jordan kept telling me each time that she winned.

First Day of Spring

It was a beautiful day outside and I had three matching dresses for the girls. We got everyone ready and headed to Helen's Garden in League City. We even met our friends there. After taking all the pictures and getting back in the car the radio station announced that it was the first day of Spring.

Happy St. Patricks Day

Hope everyone had a wonderful St. Patty's Day and drank lots of green kool-aid or beer.

Peanut Butter Balls

On March 15th the girls made peanut butter balls. Usually I double the recipe but goofed and quadrupled it. They had a blast getting gooey.

Bluebonnets

Today we took the girls to our yearly bluebonnet spot. Mr. Williams off of Melody Lane offers his yard up for photos. All he asks for in return is a picture to put in his bluebonnet album. This was our third year there. Last year he had to place his wife in a nursing home. He asked that all photos be sent to her there. Not sure what he is up to this year but I hope all is well.

Let me just say that I think we all had a blast. Irelynn rode her first carousel and Jordan went on her first roller coaster. The smiles were just flowing. This was our third year going with Cassidy and Jordan and I believe they had the best time this time.
